How many time do you crush your own dreams before they make it into the world?
Sometimes I don’t even let the out of my head because I think they are silly…
I just think it won’t work… I don’t know how to do it… nobody wouldn’t like it… people would think I am crazy 😜
Sometimes I am scare to BE!
I AM scare right now.
But what’s the point of living in fear?
What is the point to be quiet and fit in? Who benefits from that?
No seriously?
Who do you think does benefit from you being just like everyone else?
And I am thinking here, is it society? But is it? Does society benefit from you being quiet and “nice”?
I don’t know. I don’t get it anymore.
If we live by the principal to love ourselves and love others, not sure if you have heard that somewhere, if we live by the principal of LOVE, what other rules do we need?
I am turning into a hippie.
And you know what, I love it!
Because I have never been happier and in peace. And I’m not saying that I’m done, hahaha I wish I could say that, but I’m still scare of so many things… but am willing to keep working on breaking the patterns that hold me back. Are you???
If you get excited by the possibilities of doing or changing something in your life, you should be doing it!
And I’m not talking only about your career and business, I am talking about life, love, health and relationships!
The world need more hippies and dreamer that are brave enough to be themselves, to rise their consciousness and break the spell we are living in where we think it’s not possible to live a joyful life…
Where we think that working 40 hours per week in a job that you hate it’s being successful, just because you can afford the car and the house and the iPhone, world where suppressing our desires and living without pleasure is normal!
We are so much more than that! So much more…
So what can you start? What do I do? Here are 5 things that I am using right now.
1. Write it down!
It’s so easy to forget, just grab a pen, make a note in your phone, make and audio… Journaling, yes I know you have heard to before, for it is for a good reason. When write in a journal you can be one, honest and rouge! It allow you to get out of your head and sometimes, many times listen to your heart.
2. Stop overthinking!
Our brain are masters at looking for excuses and reason for things not to work! Impulses can be great because they break the inertia and create movement, and movement is energy. You can worry later how to keep going, but just start now!
3. Think on the possibilities!
What if it work? What if you can what you want? Imagine yourself If you succeed! Imagine the feeling, imagine who that change can transform the rest of your life! Dream, and dream big.
4. Start with a joke!
We think everything has to be serious to workout! Having fun suppress the sensation of fear and give you the push to start.
5. Look forward to make mistakes!
Being ready for things not to work exactly the way you expect help you relax and allow you to learn… And things don’t have to stay the same all the time, you can always change and adapt while you grow and change yourself.
Oh well and work with my coach of course! ☺️
